I think that is the plan with Iraqi jihadis. Unable to recruit normal Iraqis to join the Fruit of the Boom army they go to where the hatred is ...Iraqi jails. I think this jail break indicates a weakening of the Jihadi Army. Seems like their "Army of Fun-dementalism" campaign is not taking off.
This is a risky move. Targeting the children of those you want to help you...um sounds pretty last ditch to me.
