Hmm I am skeptical of this. When confronted with the Republican VS Democrat Happiness numbers I have a question:
If wealth = freedom and freedom = choice and choice = unhappiness then why are the wealthy Republicans so damn much happier than Democrats?

I don't want deficits anymore than the next penny pincher, but I want a Democrat in the White House even less. It is a lesser of two evils issue. I would rather have a Republican Medicare drug plan than one from the Democrats. Likewise with education (No Child Left behind) and any other social program. They both spend my money but the Republican plan is more likely to use some market principles. The Democratic plan is more likely to create a giant suck hole of cash that never is affected by the gods of competition (The examples of this are too numerous to mention.)

Is the Big Media really ignoring anti-terrorist demonstrations in Iraq because of a grand scheme to undermine the Bush Administration or are they following Journalism 101..."If It Bleeds It Leads".
